Deposits
- The initial deposit to reserve the rental hall is $200.00 minimum. This amount is non-refundable. If the customer requests to change the date of the hall rental, the $200.00 can be transferred to the new date, as long as the new date has not been reserved by another party. The right to change the event date is only until 30 days prior to the initial event date but no later. If within 29 days of the event date, and customer request to change the date, this money cannot be transferred and will be forfeited to Q-Look Bridal.
- Any remaining balance is due no later than 21 days prior to the event date. If customer fails to make payment, this will result in a $50 late fee per day thereafter until the balance is paid.
- Customer must pay a security deposit of $500.00 in cash only. This deposit is due at the time of final payment for the hall.
Beverages
- While Q-Look Hall does not supply any beverages, outside beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be allowed to serve. All guests consuming alcohol must be age 21 or older. Renter must pay for any state-mandated alcohol permits/licenses.
Hall Decoration
- We do provide decoration services, that includes but is not limited to chair covers, centerpieces, backdrops, sound system, spotlights, cake table, etc. Contact us about inquiries.
- The initial deposit for decoration services is $200. This amount is non-refundable. If the customer requests to change the date of the event, the $200 can be transferred to the new date as long as we are available for the new date.
- Any and all customizations for the decoration services must be finalized with our decoration consultant, Tammy, 30 days prior to the event date. Any requests to add or change the agreed upon decoration is subject to additional fees.

- Q-Look decorators request three hours to set up for the event. Though three hours is preferred, we require a minimum of two hours to set up for the event. If the venue is not through Q-Look Hall, the customer is responsible for communication with the hall to let us know when we are allowed to set up and remove decorations before/after the event. Q Look Bridal is not liable for the delay of an event start time if the venue will not permit our decorators onto the premises within the time frame that we designate is necessary to set up.
- Q-Look will allow outside decorators, catering, etc. to start setting up no earlier than 10am of the event day for an afternoon/evening party or between 3pm-7pm the day prior for a morning/earlier afternoon party. Proof of business insurance must be provided.
