Responsibilities
- The renter assumes full responsibility for the behavior of their guests, any lost or left items brought in by guests, and for any stolen items and/or damages to Q Look Hall. Trash must be properly removed from Q-Look Hall's premise at the end of the event by the renter. The security deposit will be returned to the renter only when these policies were not violated.
